Transport damage
Remember to inspect your goods immediately. In the event of visible transport damage, note the following on the delivery note: Received subject to shortages and damage and description of damage, e.g. broken packaging on delivery or overturned goods etc.
Retain a copy as documentation, send a detailed written description of the damage and pictures, if applicable, to VARDE Ovne immediately after delivery of the goods at e-mail: sales@vardeovne.dk.
VARDE Ovne must be notified of concealed transport damage within four days of delivery of the goods.
PLEASE NOTE! – If the above is NOT observed, the right to compensation will lapse! – PLEASE NOTE!
Complaints / Warranty
If you have been so unlucky that something on your wood-burning stove is broken, please complete our warranty form.
Once we have received your warranty claim, we will process it as quickly as we can and help you to the best of our ability. You are entitled to submit a complaint within two years of the purchase date of your stove.
We think about the environment
We think it is important that our stoves are not an
unnecessary environmental burden. We have therefore
made sure that every single VARDE stove has been
subjected to careful testing by independent testing
agencies for environmental impact.
All VARDE wood-burning stoves are compliant with
Danish regulations and standards, which are among the
very strictest in the EU. This means that a VARDE wood-burning
stove stands out as a top class environmental product
among the many stoves that are available.
