Tall wood-burning stove with heat-retentive stone

Slimline and 152 cm tall, Varde Shape 13 would be a beautiful feature in any home. There is space at the top of the stove to install heat-retentive stones to enjoy the heat for even longer. The heat-retentive stone can be purchased as an optional accessory for the stove.

We have thought about the details.

As with the other Shape stoves, the combustion chamber has an ergonomically-correct design that makes it easy to fire up and clean. The concealed ash pan provides a streamlined design, while at the same time ensuring minimal dust deposits in the room. There is a practical storage compartment underneath the combustion chamber, where you can keep wood, kindling or tools. The handles are cool to the touch, so you do not burn your hands when operating the stove. Air control is elegantly located at the top and is easy to operate. This ensures optimum firewood combustion.

Varde Shape 13 has a cast iron top plate, grate, base and smoke outlet, which not only offer solid craftsmanship and extend the durability of the stove. The cast iron also means longer heat retention.

This stylish wood-burning stove is available with both rear and top outlets, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your home.

A better climate with AirBox system

Varde Shape 13 features an AirBox system that allows the wood-burning stove to draw air from outside the home, instead of from the room where it stands. This produces better combustion and a better indoor climate, especially if your home is densely insulated. All you have to do is connect a flex pipe kit.

Værd at vide om træ

Generelt er normale danske løvtræsorter det bedste træ at fyre med. Det brænder jævnt, giver ikke megen røg og asken er ren og fylder meget lidt. Der kan sagtens fyres med nåletræ. Dette brænder dog lidt hurtigere en løvtræ og give mindre varme for samme volumen træ.
