Wide combustion chamber with extra options
With its light and rustic design, VARDE Samsø is a popular wood-burning stove with a good view of the fire.
The uniform handles on the stove’s combustion chamber and ash pan contribute to its attractive, coherent design.
The open space in the base of the stove is perfect for storing firewood or tools, such as protective gloves.
When VARDE Samsø is lit correctly, the stove has a self-cleaning function which ensures that the flames burn the glass clean and makes a clear view of the fire.
A wood-burning stove with consideration for the environment
With a VARDE wood-burning stove you get a stove that utilizes the firewood so efficiently that it pollutes absolutely minimally and meets the strictest environmental standards in Europe.
VARDE Samsø’s output effect is 81%, which means that 81% of the firewood is used.
You can easily stay on good terms with your neighbours even when your stove is burning well. If you light it correctly, the smoke from your chimney will be almost invisible and will not bother your neighbours.
A stove has certain wear parts that you should expect to replace during its lifetime.
In general, ordinary hardwoods are the best wood to burn. They burn evenly, give little smoke, and the ash is clean and takes up very little space. Softwood can be burned too, but it burns a little faster and gives less heat for the same volume of wood.
