The basic set for your steel chimney must be combined with loose chimney parts depending on the desired setup.
A chimney basic set consists of:
Rain cap black – Ø250 mm.
Chimney 100 cm section – black – Ø250 mm.
Silicone elastic for water nose Ø250 mm.
Insulation pipe shell 5 cm H:20 cm Ø250 mm.
Start section 90 cm section – black Ø250 mm.
You can easily stay on good terms with your neighbours even when your stove is burning well. If you light it correctly, the smoke from your chimney will be almost invisible and will not bother your neighbours.
A stove has certain wear parts that you should expect to replace during its lifetime.
In general, ordinary hardwoods are the best wood to burn. They burn evenly, give little smoke, and the ash is clean and takes up very little space. Softwood can be burned too, but it burns a little faster and gives less heat for the same volume of wood.
